Warranty Claims

This Embertec EmberPlug™ is supplied by Embertec Pty Ltd and installed by Nu Energy. Embertec Pty Ltd is responsible for any warranty obligations within the Embertec EmberPlug™ Replacement Warranty, as detailed in the User Manual within the product box. The Warranty Card and the VEEC Assignment Form for this product are to be retained as proof of purchase and must be presented if making a claim under the Embertec Replacement Warranty. To claim a product replacement simply call our friendly Customer Service Centre at Nu Energy on 1300 725 652 so that we may assist in the replacement of your product.
